What we collect and why
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company or fund, the role you select and your message. We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange and follow up on meetings with you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us, and replying is the legitimate thing to do.
Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond the service providers that operate our website and email (who process it on our behalf). We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. If nothing comes of it, it gets deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email engineroom@waypointblack.com and we'll deal with it promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
